Go to the album of where your banner is right click on it and goto PROPERTIES
hunt for the Http: and copy that entire url
go to the page with your banner you are wanting to link
click in the center of the banner then go to the blue cap/glasses
copy paste the url there
back space on the url to remove the extra Http://www
