This coming week on the first edition of the new years CHaos Theory and the current reigning Franchise champion Kit Black faces off against Menacide. THe pre-main event in only his third match ever in BUD... who else has been able to do such a thing? Who else has been able to come into BUD for the first time on pay per view, run through Matlock then go onto a battle roayl, surprise everybody, get heads turningand keep everybody wondering and then proceed to eliminate Drew Stevenson, possibly the biggest golden boy of this era in BUD? But not oly that but the fact he held his own with Drew Stevenson and new champion, Seifer. Who else in a long time has been able to do such a thing? And after losing, Menacide has chose to not continue to go for the Heavyweight, not yet, but instead threw down a challenge to Jay Styles for the BUDvision championship, leaving an unanswered challenge for the championship. But while he waits for that answer he has Kit Black to focus on. A challenge? Very much so she would be a challenge, that was going to be no lie but Kit Black wasn't going to be ready for Menacide but he was going to be ready for her, oh boy was he going to be ready for her. He knows exactly who she is, but she knows no clue who he is.

Menacide, "Oh Kit Black, oh how I cannot wait for this Thursday to come, oh how I cannot wait for that bell to ring on Chaos Theory. You in one corner, I in the other - you having the constant thoughts running through your head 'who is he?' before the match you wonder who you need to study, who you need to prepare for but you never know, and onbly when the time is right will you ever know. See, Kitty, you and I.. we go back. You and I have known each other for some time and we have even faced off before in the squared circle, could you guess who I am? See Kit, you've proven yourself to grow into a very strong athlete, you've constantly over-come the obsticals that have been put in front of you and always been one to make sure that people know your name, always trying to build your legacy and you defeated one of the most difficult women to defeat in this company from the way I have seen things from the sidelines, so congradulations on your victory, Kit, but against me things aren't going to be so easy, Kit. Things aren't going to be so simple because you haven't ever faced me before, you haven't ever seen me before until the pay per view that has just passed and I've already proven to be one of the strongest athletes that this company has to offer. I ran through Matlock, Kit.. pay close attention to that. I eliminated Drew Stevenson- the biggest glorified glory hog in the history of this company and that left a sour taste in his mouth. The final two for the championship were Seifer and I, Kit. Seifer is a legend and I held my own with him in the ring... keep in in mind when you're coming in ready to face me, Kit, that you have no clue what you're getting yourself into. And remember that the only reason you're so high on this card isn't because you're the Franchise Champion... it's because you're facing me. They are realizing what I'm capable of, and they don't even know who I am, nobody does. So how does it feel, Kit, to be overshadowed when you've worked so hard to get where you are - when you face off against somebody that you wouldn't even know where to start trying to figure out. to be overshadowed by me? It must not feel very good but it's because of who I am, it's because of what I can do and what I did. And once I finish with you Kit, I'm going right after Jay Styles for the BUDvision championship - the gold that has caught my eye since the first moment I ever turned on the television and watched the Domain Product."

A dramatic pause because I'm good like that.

Menacide, "A victory here means more to my career than you could ever begin to imagine, Kit. A win here steps me up and puts me closer to Jay Styles. Yes, I just demeaned the championship that you hold because look who you won it from, Gypsy, of all people. Who did she beat to get it? DSL? Psh, she couldn't wrestle her way out of a paper bag. Zarek was the champion before that and he vacated because he moved up to Heavyweight champion... your title has only gone down hill, Kit. People hear 'Kit Black, Franchise Champion' and they think 'Eh, I could really care less' because that championship is something that it takes a name to build it, but the championship has only gone down hill. It might mean something to you but think about how you earned the shot... you got hit with a chair, you won by disqulification. How did things go in the pay per view? Oh I won't lie, I was in the audience watching it the whole time, I've watched the Domain product for a long time, and you had to have help to take out Scott Addams and you couldn't even get the job done. You only fueled an ego that didn't need fueled. So why should you be regarded as a good champion? Because you beaGypsy? Because you beat her twice? It doesn't matter because Gypsy would fail should she go anywhere else. Everything you think that matters, Kit? It may matter to you and thats great but everybody else is who matters. The company writers don't care, the fans don't care. They were just glad to see Gypsy get defeated but as far as the championship changing hands it didn't matter. I could bring class to the championship but why try and save something thats already dead? It's a waste of time. But the BUDvision however, is where the talent lies and Jay Styles is my target. Jay, if you're watching, listen to me very well. I'm watching you, I'm coming for you and that championship will be mine. Kit, I will try not to embarass you too much because I don't want to ruin your already dewindling career because I don't hate you Kit... I just don't care about you. But don't worry Kit, we'll make up tonight, I'll see you later."
