Oh well my, my isn't somebody cocky? He believes Menacide hasn't earned the shot? If I was not mistaken Menacide has more than proven his worth when he just got done as the runner-up in the battle royal for the vacant heavyweight strap. And Jay Styles believes Menacide hasn't earned it? Please. He did more in his first match than Jay has ever been able to do but I guess it's time to just say something, now isn't it?

So, Jay cut his promo and the scene brings us to a black room with a small candle lit and one simple face is seen, the face is that of Menacide. The residential masked menace of the BUD, next to the candle was an image of one Jay Styles holding his newly won BUDvision strap and a big R.I.P. slapped across his picture. His  laugh, so sinister, echos through the empty room while the cameras roll.

Menacide, "Oh Jay, why is it that you truely feel that I am unworthy? Is it that you truely feel I have not "earned" my shot like you did, or is it that you're afraid of me? See it was my understanding that DSL was originally in the match-up but due to personal reasons had to pull out, and it was you, Jay, that took her place. In what way did you earn the championship, Jay? By being a former champion? That doesn't amuse me, Jay, because you're no more than a paper champ. Your strap right now means nothing and you're just playing the cowardly roll in not defending the strap when the true opposition is in front of you. From what I have always seen and known, Roach and DSL are not much to fret about and that must be why you're so eager to be able to face them, isn't it, Jay? You're afraid, you fear what you do not know. You fear that what you saw happen in teh battle royal may come to being your dismay, your end of reign as BUDvision champion. I've proven already in my first big time match in BUD, only my second BUD match ever than I can hang with the very best of the best this company has to offer. Where is it that says you ran with Seifer and Drew Stevenson, taking them to the max? Where have you been, that has even been near that level, Jay? I don't blame you one bit for being intimidated, but trust me, Jay, the challenge was not a matter of if, it's a matter of when. You have spent months and months here, wanting, waiting to get to the level that I've reached in two matches without anybody even knowing who I am, but knowing me simply as Menacide. I'm coming for that championship, Jay, don't you worry about that. Keep looking behind you, keep the eyes in the back of your head. Sleep with your eyes open because you never know where I'll be. The strap is coming with me, my dear friend, and I will be on top once more. Tick tock, tick tock, Domain elite, the time draws ever closer, much closer than you think."

His sinister laugh again echos in the small room, and with a moment Menacide is out of view with his laughter still echoing while the picture remains intact and the camera zooms in on it.

Menacide, "Soooooooooooon."
