The yellow hexagonal sign read ‘Dead End�?in bold, black lettering. The street was abandoned, the pavement cracked, worn out and simply needing fixed. We saw a flashlight shine over at the sign, the beam of light protruding through the darkness. As we looked out, we saw that there stood Drew Stevenson out on the abandoned road, he looked out at the sign because at this moment in time? It had so much meaning, more so than you would ever think and as the sign was our main focal point, we saw him appear in view as he was quick to start speaking getting his thoughts out there in the open as he had nothing to hide.

‘’I look out today and I see the sign that represents my future, the Dead End. It has been announced that this is my grand finale. There is nothing left after this match up this week against Kit and I guess that everybody is wondering where will I go from here. I mean, when a guy with my popularity and my stature comes into this industry and easily makes a name for himself, you get used to seeing him headline each and every show. You buy the ticket because you know that he will be there competing and normally, that is the case. I would like to think that I have given everybody something special over my time here not just in The Domain but on the circuit as well. From my wars with Seifer, Zarek Lyle, Cross, Jacob Mitchell, Kevin Sane�?The list goes on and on, I would like to think that I have solidified my name and my stature here in this industry to the point that it no longer matters if you win or lose. I heard the saying that goes ‘you are remembered for your last appearance�?and I know that to be true. I have seen many greats come and go through those proverbial doors and I never thought that I would be on that list of guys going but I guess that sooner or later, everything has to end.’�?/P>

He walked over closer to the yellow street sign; he stood there and continued to speak.

‘’Many felt that I would go out in the way distant future but unfortunately, that time has come this week. I will say though, I don’t regret any of the decisions that I have made. I knew that last week, it was the right thing to do to put over White Trash and so I did. I pushed her into the Heavyweight title scene and this week you have that same golden opportunity Kit. You have the opportunity to defeat a BUD Legend, quite possibly the best BUD Heavyweight Champion to ever grace this company and I look at you Kit and I see something great. I see a definite rising star, an up and comer here not only in The Domain but in this industry all together. All you have to do is stay focused, keep your mind at the task at hand and you can be the greatest here, hell, anywhere. I am at the end of my road, I have done everything that you can do here in The Domain and also on this circuit so there is no reason for me to try continuing to hold onto that former glory when I could pass it onto the younger generation such as you Kit. I see some guys out there trying to cling and clutch onto what they had and that makes them pathetic. I am still considered to be at my best but my neck just isn’t holding up, however, that doesn’t mean that I took no risks. Oh no, I go out there each and every week and I do something that very few can do here in this industry�?I steal each and every show with legendary performances. I am not worried about winning or losing this match, I am simply wanting to go out giving yet another Legendary performance and I think that you too Kit are wanting to be on that end of the stick. You want to know that everybody sees you in a much different yet a better lighting and win or lose? There is no doubt in my mind that you will be in that category. During my career? I have been nominated every year for match of the year candidates and you know what? I have won every year. I might not win them all but hell, nobody does. The point that I am making though is that I give everybody something to remember each and every week and we are going to light up the arena Kit, I can just feel it.’�?/P>

When you looked at Drew, you could feel that passion deep in his voice. He still had a lot of fight left in him but his body was just too beaten and battered to continue at this point in time. He wasted no time however as he then started speaking again getting everything out in the open.

‘’I know that you can feel it too. I have watched several of your performances and boy are you gifted Kit. You have the heart of a young Lion and all the talent to boot so you can do absolutely anything if you just put your mind to it and so I am ready and willing to test you this week. I might have a bummed neck going into our match up but I think that it’s a safe bet that regardless, I will be your toughest challenge to date. Now I know that you fought Gypsy and everything and I am not counting her out or anything but I have nothing to lose in our match up Kit. My name will forever be remembered here, everybody knows what I am capable of in that ring when I am healthy and even hurt and well, not to toot my own horn or anything but my hurt is better than most peoples healthy. I strive for excellence, I strive to be the absolute best and I did just that in my illustrious career. I can go out knowing that I had nothing left to achieve anywhere on this circuit. I did it all here in The Domain, I did it all over in other various company’s and so to help you out in my grand finale Kit is my honor and I hope that you feel the same.’�?/P>

He stood there next to the sign as he then continued to speak.

‘’I would normally come out here and be this big asshole and everything but I guess that since I know that my career is being halted for awhile that well, I have been humbled. I know that this could very well be my last match ever, not just for awhile and so yeah, I am going to put a lot more effort into going out with a bang, going out as something that everybody remembers because if I can’t be remembered as The Emerald then I would rather walk away. I want for everybody to remember me as I was, not as I am.’�?/P>

We could see that he was starting to tear up because it was extremely hard knowing that his exit was very soon. He had given a lot to not just The Domain but also the entire circuit as a whole and he loved this industry more than life itself. As he tried holding back his emotions, he decided that this was it as he left everybody with those very powerful words before walking off and fading away into the darkness as if just disappearing into thin air.

Scene fade.

In the bedroom was where all of the toys were located. The ceiling painted to match that of the beautiful, blue sky. We saw a Cowboy doll that sat on the edge of the bed; he stood up as the room was cleared. He looked around at the room and then spoke out to all of the toys that were in their respected places.

‘’Attention�?Attention�?Today we have the arrival of a brand new toy. As we all know, it is Ernie’s birthday and well, we will in fact be sharing our room with this new toy.’�?/FONT>

Suddenly all of the toys started to pour out in a big circle. They all came about from the Dinosaur T-Rex all the way to the Army Men and the Etch-a-Sketch. The most beautiful however was the Foxy Roxy doll dressed in a pink dress and looked identical to Little Bo Peep. The Woody Cowboy doll really loved Roxy, his face flushed in red from his blushing at her mere appearance but as she stood there, Woody spoke up in continuing with what he was saying.

‘’Our goal is to make this new toy feel welcomed. He or she has found a home and friends in us.’�?/FONT>

We suddenly heard feet stomping all around as Woody yelled out at all of the toys.

‘’EVERYBODY, BACK IN YOUR POSITIONS!’�?/FONT>

All of the toys scampered back into their respected places as the door slammed open and several children busted through with this new toy. The toy was very modern, had flashing lights, shooting guns and the box read ‘Drew Lightyear�?in dark blue lettering. The children tore the box open and started playing with the new toy as a woman’s voice was heard out in the distance.

‘’TIME TO CUT THE CAKE!’�?/FONT>

The children scampered off and left the new toy on the bed, as the room was empty minus that of the toys, we saw Woody along with the Mr. Potato Head and the rest of the toys come out and look closely at this new toy which was very fancy compared to what they were. As Woody approached the toy, Drew sat up and looked around with this strange look stretched along his face. He then kept his plastic hood part on so that he could breathe.

‘’Strange environment, definitely living creatures as I can see them approaching. Does anybody know a Kit Black?’�?/FONT>

All of the toys looked dumbfounded, they shook their heads as Drew then nodded and saw a commercial on the television set.

‘’Hi, I am Kit Black. I am a BUD Superstar so please, come by Toys R Us and pick up my action figure today.’�?/FONT>

Drew tilts his head to the side and then talks to himself.

‘’Interesting, she was not as foul or ruthless as the Commander had told me. In fact, she was rather generous and respectful. Video record.’�?/FONT>

Nothing happened but Drew thought it did.

‘’Kit Black, respect is a very rare thing nowadays between two opponents. I received feedback on everything that you had said and frankly? I was surprised. I was expecting you to come out all foaming at the mouth looking to tear my throat out in-order to seal your spot as quite possibly the best here in The Domain quadrant but you weren’t that way, at all. No, instead, you admitted that this would be a great contest and you would be right. The fight between us will be tremendous, it will be epic and groundbreaking and honestly? You have earned my respect by not taking the same, pathetic route that everybody else takes in trying to belittle and/or make me look bad. I commend you for that Kit but make no mistake about it, just because I respect you, doesn’t mean that I am going to bow out gracefully and let you win. I have the intentions of walking in there in my finale and hopefully walking out as the winner but win or lose? Just the fact that this match is going to be simply electrifying is enough in my book. Going out there and doing something that few, very few can do in that ring is something that alone will put me out on top as the best here in The Domain. We are both very determined people Kit, we both know what we want out of this business and in this industry and while I have already got mine, you are fighting for yours. I was once like that, a young warrior looking to make a name for himself in this business�?Those were in fact good times. Anyway, video send.’�?/FONT>

Drew then looked at Woody, he spoke out to him.

‘’I would like to go to this place where Kit can be met.’�?/FONT>

Woody was quick to answer.

‘’Well uh�?That’s the thing, we need Ernie’s mom to take us there.’�?/FONT>

Drew replies.

‘’Then let’s go ask her then.’�?/FONT>

Drew slides down the wooden railing getting to the floor. He walks over to the door where Woody stops him quickly trying to explain everything to him.

‘’We can’t. You see, human’s don’t know that us toys are alive.’�?/FONT>

We suddenly hear the woman’s voice throughout the house.

‘’ERNIE, GRAB SOME TOYS, WE ARE GOING TO THE TOY STORE.’�?/FONT>

The toys scamper off as Drew and Woody climb up onto the bed and fall over in their position. Ernie storms into the room and grabs Woody and Drew where he then storms off out to the car where they start driving to the store.

Fifteen minutes later�?/P>

As Ernie is walking down the toy aisle, Drew falls out of his pocket striking the floor as there he stands with the new and very beautiful Kit Black action figure. He looks at her in the packaging; he then starts talking to her.

‘’So we finally meet Kit. I must say, you are quite beautiful. However, let me start off by saying that I am honored to be battling you. Your respect has far exceeded what I had thought and so I am anxious to finally get to battle a very worthy and respectful opponent such as yourself.’�?/FONT>

The Kit doll said nothing as he stroked his chin very confused. As he saw out of the corner of his eyes however, he spotted Ernie running up to him.

‘’I FOUND HIM MOM!’�?/FONT>

Ernie reached down picking up the Drew toy. He held him tight as he scampered off with his mother and everything as they were doing their regular shopping. Drew thought to himself because he remembered that Kit was very respectful to him in their first encounter but suddenly, she wouldn’t talk. He sat there pretending to be nothing but a toy when he really wanted to get this thing underway as Kit was an awesome opponent to be facing in his final battle. They continued their shopping as the time would come where they would come face to face in an amazing battle which would most definitely change The Domain forever.
