I remembered in your other roleplay, you said we could go out for some coffee or something, so I ran with it. These NC threads keep me occupied lol It had been a few days, a week maybe, she wasn't quite sure, since her interesting encounter with GWE Evolution Champion, Phoenix Winterborn. All she had been looking for was some conversation, maybe a little flirtying with the Domain hottie, but she had recieved something else entirely. Actually, she had been insulted, as well as attacked. She didn't blame Phoenix for Midnight's actions though, and she hoped he didn't blame her for Gypsy's. Luckily, the two had agreed for coffee, whether Karime had allowed him to do so, she wasn't sure, but she found herself at the coffee house with Phoenix anyway. "I'm really sorry about the way things went down the otherday. I wasn't planning on Gypsy getting involved, but you do realize she was just looking out for me against Midnight, right?" The wheather was cold outside today, and the two were bundled up in hats and jackets, waiting in line to order. She turned to him, apologetically, though he seemed to be happy. "Oh, it's no problem, it got me a Tag title shot, didn't it?" He shot her a smile, but she returned a frown. He wasn't sure why. "Well yeah, and I know you're excited about that, but please don't get your hopes up. I know Gypsy and Zarek, and I know they'll do anything to keep those titles around their waists. I also know that you don't really want to be on their shit list. Their good as singles competitors, but together, they're murder." His smile turned into a concerned look. "So you don't think I'll be able to do it then? You think I'll lose on Thursday?" "Oh, no no no. That's not what I was saying at all. I just know what they're capable of in the ring. If you do end up losing I have no doubt that it'd be nothing that you did, but something Karime did. I know you'll do your best against them and that's all I can ask for.
