TR: Just because she sleeps around, doesn't necessarily mean she will with you.
ES: The next tag match we'll be showcasing is our very own tag team champions, Zarek Lyle and Gypsy, defending the belts against the future bride and groom of the Domain. Phoenix Winterborn and Karime Atora. And believe me, all this started because Talon Hartman just wanted to go out for some coffee a week ago when she returned back to BUD.
RV: We'll also be featuring the self proclaimed Main Attraction as she puts on the zebra stripe ref shirt and works a match pitting Midnight going up against the current Bytch Champion, Faith Rivers.
ES: Lets just go to our first match.
Opener
Kabuki Dragon versus Legion versus Leaky Format
Winner: Legion
During the match: With no time to waste, Legion made it seem easy. You can bet that this could have been called a squash match as Legion took out both Kabuki Dragon and a BUD veteran, Leaky Format. In the opening match, Legion just seemed powerful, even when Kabuki Dragon tried to get Leaky to team up with him, it didn't work out as both wrestlers got annihilated by double clotheslines and spinebusters. In the end, both men took the Shotgun 2.0 and both men got covered by the 6'10 monster.
Match Two
Johnny Guivera & Jade versus Evan Pierce & Mark Riggs
Winners: Johnny Guivera & Jade
During the match: This could be what the tag team division needed. It was a low card match but it felt like a mid-event. Good enough for the show to actually open. Evan Pierce & Mark Riggs joked around with Jade for a little while but they were serious as soon as Johnny G came in for the save. In the end however, it was Jade who brought the fire by making it known that she can stand up for herself and her team when both her and her partner pinned Mark Riggs for the win. As they stand there and celebrate the win, they both thank each other for a job well done. This could very well lead to a beautiful friendship and a start towards the ultimate tag team gold.
Match Three
Talon Hartman versus Jessica Stryker
Winner: Talon Hartman
During the match: A few months back, Talon left BUD due to personal reasons and this was when her career here was at its peek. She had just joined the Mafia Girls and was on her way of becoming the fastest rising star in GWE. And then she left. Two weeks ago, she came back, and upon her return she got back together with her old teamates and now she is looking to go after the only thing that matters to her, the bytch championship. So you can just imagine her drive and determination when she had to face the number 1 contendor for that same belt, Jessica Stryker. Yea, she may be the sister of legendary Jimmy Stryker, but is she capable of going the distance or choking? Tonight, it felt like she fell short as Talon got the best of her hands down.
Match Four
Midnight versus Faith Rivers
Special Referee: White Trash
Winner: Faith Rivers
During the match: From the very begining White Trash swore she was going to be unbiased unless she was provoked or if someone broke the rules. On a few occassions, Midnight and Faith Rivers tested her by trying to choke out their oponnents and using the ropes doing a submission move. But at the end of this, it was Faith who made sure White Trash made the right call by taking out Midnight with the Faithless. Faith got up, raised her hand in victory, and saw White Trash still in the middle of the ring as both had some unfinished business to attend to. However while White Trash stood there smiling, she backed away for a little and allowed Talon and Gypsy to come out and attack Faith and Midnight from behind. All three members of the Mafia Girls stood there looking down at the fallen Midnight and Faith while Talon got a hold of the bytch title and raised it in the air as she smiles and cant wait for the innevitable, soon it will be hers.
Match Five
Jay Styles versus Roach
BUDvision Championship Bout
Winner: Jay Styles
During the match: It was billed up as the Krystmas Kaos rematch but it ended up being a dud. Sure both of these wrestlers got into, Jay Styles slapped another girl around and it gave him pleasure, and Roach just went back to her little hole. This match ended in a count-out with the win being given to Jay Styles.
Match Six
Zarek Lyle & Gypsy versus Phoenix Winterborn & Karime Atora
Ultimate Tag Team Championship Bout
Winners: Zarek Lyle & Gypsy
During the match: So when the father asks, "Do you Karime Atora, take this man to be your husband, to have and to hold, in sickness and in health, and when in dire need of trouble in a match, help him out?" Will she say no? We have a few theories here. Either Karime is preggo's and cant actually wrestle leaving Phoenix high and dry or she found out Talon and Phoenix were flirting wih each other when they're supposed to be getting married in a few months. Either way, Phoenix did well on his very own but it wasn't enough for him to even pin the tag team champions. Gypsy and Zarek win this fight.
As they make their way backstage still the champs, Roxy is walking down the same hall toward them. She stops them.
"Zarek
Match Seven
Seifer versus Menacide
Winner: Menacide
It's time for Semi-Main Event action! We see Menacide coming to the ring first followed by a huge reaction for the BUD Heavyweight Champion Seifer. The match starts off with a quick pace, showing the world that the last two in the Title Battle Royal are picking up right where they left off. Seifer catches a quick advantage right off the bat sending Mena into the corner but it doesn't last as Menacide nails a knee to the gut and begins to unload with a flurry of punches followed up by some suplexes. From here on, Menacide is impressing everyone as he takes it to the Heavyweight champ, showing people a variety of styles and leading the announcers to continue the speculation as to WHO IS MENACIDE?!
It seems to be working as Menacide keeps the advantage, every time Seifer nails him with a clothesline or a spinning heel kick, Menacide switches to someone else's style and is able to stay one step ahead of the champ. This continues on for a bit longer, exciting the crowd as Menacide edges them on, knowing they'd like to see the tide turning. Seifer's getting up and Menacide goes to superkick him but he ducks and slides out of the ring, taking a moment to regroup. Menacide decides to dive out of the ring but Seifer catches him and tosses his body over the head and into the turnbuckle causes the fans to erupt. This appears to be a tide changer as back in the ring it's now Seifer who is going on the offensive. He is taking it to Menacide and showing everyone that he's the champ.
After a while Menacide finally catches a wave but it's short lived and the match goes back and fort, with neither man holding an advantage for very long. The fans can feel the end is near as Seifer looks to be going for a Blood Spiller and at the same time, Menacide does as well! The two of them kick each other in the face and causing them both to fall down!
ES: They're both down!
RV: And Menacide continues to use his Finish Mimmick, but obviously we all know it's not Seifer.
ES: I think he's just trying to get at the champ.
Back in the ring Seifer has rolled out of it as he peers into the ring, watching as Menacide gets up, looking to be waiting for the opportune moment to attack. In the ring Menacide is up and is motioning to Seifer, not to bring it, but to his mask.
ES: What's he doing?
Menacide looks out into the crowd who begin to cheer like CRAZY MAN!
RV: HE'S GOING TO UNMASK! FINALLY!!
ES: Yeah right.
The crowd keeps telling him to do so as Seifer simply shrugs his shoulders and holds his hand out to tell him go ahead.
Menacid begins to untie his mask.
RV: MENACIDE IS UNMASKING!
ES: Deja vu? I bet it's another mask.
Menacide removes his mask to reveal long blondish hair and as soon as he pulls it off the cameras pan in and we see the face of...
ES/RV: SEIFER?!
The crowd is silent for a couple seconds as the confusing shock sets in before yelling out "WHAT THE FUCK?!" Even Seifer is a bit taken back as his eyes are wide with confusion when all of a sudden...
Ding ding ding.
"Ladies and gentlemen, your winner of this match via countout... MENACIDE!"
Ronnie: THAT CRAFTY BASTARD!
Menacide is in the ring laughing still looking like Seifer as Seif slams his hands on the apron, realizing he made a costly mistake. Menacide now grabs at his face and pulls, and we see black again as the 'Seifer face' comes right off and again we see another mask of Menacide's.
RV: I don't believe it! This guy just out smarted the champ in an incredible back and forth match!
ES: I TOLD YOU IT WAS ANOTHER MASK!
Menacide's got a big grin on his face as "Undead" is echoing around the arena. Seifer's back in the ring now as he's handed his title and he sticks his hand to Menacide... who shakes it! Seifer leaves the ring as Menacide points to his head and then Seifer laughs and begins to point to his as well.
ES: What the...
RV: Hell is going on?! He's laughing too?!
ES: They aren't in...
RV: I don't know! I think the better question is the one we've all been asking... WHO IN THE HELL IS MENACIDE?!
ES: Well while we continue to ponder that, stay tuned folks for the Main Event! BUD Legend Drew Stevenson's final match!
Fade to commercial.
Main Event Attraction
Drew Stevenson versus Kit Black Winner: Drew Stevenson
During the match: Finally Drew gets redemption and this is how he got it, by beating Kit Black. Erasing any possibility that a woman holds one over him. Kit Black brought something to the table and that was her passionto wrestle. Drew Stevenson showed up and whenever he does, he just goes right to work on you. Both brough their "A" game but it was Drew in the end who said goodbye with a big bang. Drew wins his last match and hopefully we see him win again when he returns.
