Hi Avril,
Fall Festival is a one day event they have here in the small town Wild and I live in. People can set up booths to sell there crafty work. And they have costume contests for kids. A parade and sometimes they have riding lawn mower races. It is really fun.
Yes I crocheted the bells I sell them for a dollar a peice and I can make them in any colors. So if you know anyone that ever wants any just let me know.
