This is a learning group for people who want to learn psp. But we are also geared for the more advanced pspers out there. I'm a tutorial writer and host all my tutorials in this group. We allow FTU artists as long as they are on our permission page, and of course we allow PTU. Blank applications will not be accepted. We are also a GLBT friendly group. The four owners of this group are lesbians and partnered with one of the other owners.
