It just seems to me that the Republicans are starting to get a different order of leadership in the party.  I've recently heard of several new voices that have been muted in the past and I think the ass kicking the Pubs got in November was a definate wake-up call.  I hope they get back to the traditional ways of conservatism and less government.  Looks to me that Chicago will be a shining light for the Pubs if they stay on course and lose the fear of the labor unions.  They have become ancient and way past their usefullness.  The corruption and the scandels have come to roost on both parties and, strange as it may seem, these financial hard times may be a blessing in disguise.  It is waking up the average Joe and he isn't going to stand for much more of this PC crap and all the rest of the past two decades of BS that has been heaped upon him.  I hope we have reached the bottom of the uselessness from our Congress and start to throw the present bums out.  You reach a point when you can go no further down, so the only thing left is to go back up.  This country is way to strong for a band of 500 some sleeze bags to tear it down.  John Q. has just been lazy these past few decades and I think we are beginning to see a change.  I pray I am right.
