Ginger,2nd day wearing them and my knee pain has gone. Highly reccomeded, seems as they are the heel of the shoe, they work better than say a copper bracelet. |

Hi Foxy They sound good yes ive heard copper is very good i do have a copper bracelet . Was wondering can they be worn with sandals ? As i wear mostly sandals indoors with open toes as i have problems with painful toes so find sandals more comfortable. I looked at the mayo site its very good i even asked one of the specalists a question about circulation but i cant find the place now ive been looking all over the site lol if you see my question can you tell me the answer lol hugs isobel |

If the sandals have a back in then yes,I put the leather thin insoles in then the copper heel fits over,so you could try with backless ones though. Glad you like the mayo, they are top notch, sign up for their free newsletter it comes in your mailbox. |
