Can anyone help me please ive logged on tried to get in my e mails but a windows live page come up saying hotmail had changed i havnt a clue what to do to send and receive e mails thank you hugs isobel |

Hello Isobele, It happened to me this morning Hotmail have changed the layout thats all., instead of going in through messenger this morning I went in through internet explorer I signed in then ckicked on classic hotmail page it will take you straight to your inbox, you will see a slight difference but everything is still there, you will find the contact list is no longer down the right hand side but if you look at the bottom on the left you will see contacts just click on that and they will come up and you choose which name you are sending it will go into your addy bar in your e-mail. My Hotmail has been a pain for some weeks now. I have the new layout but it will just not display all my folders, only inbox and contacts. Also I have to sign in nearly every time and it drives me mad  Good luck Isobel  lol |

Thank you cherru I did that and got my e mails but can i ask how do you forward things like jokes only i cantsee a forward button and the contact list is so different why cant they leave thins alone i get a lot of forwards and like to send them on. hugs isobel hugs isobel |

I prefer my Incredimail,all my friends use that,so much you can do with it also. |

Hello again Isobel. when you open your mail your forward button is at the top. you have reply..reply all.....forward, everything you need is still there they have really only changed tthe look of it. I hope this helps. Cherry |

Cherry youre a star its all sorted now thank you ime very grateful for your help though I still have to get used to the different outlay at least I can get me e mails and send them. hugs isobel |

Isabel all they have done is softened all the edges and compacted things cherry is right everything that was there before is still there it just been slightly rearranged Fay. |
