God sent us these children
To nurture and care
Arriving a bundle,without even a care
We guide them and love them
We feel oh so proud
Even at midnight,with crying so loud.
We nurse them on sick days
Tend to their needs
Holding a bottle when it's time to feed
From childhood to adults We never do rest
Not even you see
When the've flown the nest.
