MAKES YOU WONDER IF ITS SAFE TO WORK AT ALL

Just received the latest rules and regulations issued by the Health and Safety Executive.
It makes interesting reading (Yawn) . All I will say about it is its no wonder people have difficulties getting jobs with the restrictions now  in force employers have to abide by.
It seems,or at least all I can conclude is,that if you have to lift a pencil more than 3 inches off the desk as an example, you have to make sure the writing point isn't sharp or else someone may get stabbed by it, also it mustn't be too short to make holding it awkward, it must be securely put in a safe place when not in use, if not used for more than 7 days it has to be inspected and written up in the safety book as being ok to use. The user must go on a course on how to use the pencil properly to avoid finger strain.
