In the past four weeks this is what has happened to me with a company called parcelnet,I was in the house and have an excellent doorbell and my car in the drive,first an expensive electric perculator was thrown over my fence,then another parcel just thrown up the drive,then another parcel thrown over the fence,today was the final straw,a parcel I had arranged for todays delivery was thrown in my dustbin,no ringing the doorbell no nothing,luckily the bins don't get collected till Tuesday,Ive been on the phone to the companies,complaining bitterly,the parcel company seems not remotely interested,I have told the other companies untill they deal with reliable couriers I will no longer shop with them.
As I always pay in full for everything,I thought I had better check on a parcel I returned at a cost of £8-75 for next day delivery and insureance,done on the 29th,do you know they had not even put that money back on my debit card,in future they will not get my custom,no one it seems gives a damn in this country.
There just had to get that off my chest.

I had the same problem with an order to a catalogue I ordered new bedding with cortains to match back in Aug the curtains arrived a week later but im still waiting for the bedding I have been on the phone and have been told(again) that my order will be with me on the 10th Oct well if I dont get it then the curtains will go back even though they are paid for.
