ews are not saved, they will not be going to heaven (these are the ones who do not recognize Jesus as savior)

Hebrews 8

8But God found fault with the people and said
"The time is coming, declares the Lord,
when I will make a new covenant
with the house of Israel
and with the house of Judah.
9It will not be like the covenant
I made with their forefathers
when I took them by the hand
to lead them out of Egypt,
because they did not remain faithful to my covenant,
and I turned away from them, declares the Lord.
10This is the covenant I will make with the house of Israel
after that time, declares the Lord.
I will put my laws in their minds
and write them on their hearts.
I will be their God,
and they will be my people.
11No longer will a man teach his neighbor,
or a man his brother, saying, 'Know the Lord,'
because they will all know me,
from the least of them to the greatest.
12For I will forgive their wickedness
and will remember their sins no more."

13By calling this covenant "new," he has made the first one obsolete; and what is obsolete and aging will soon disappear.

That old covenant is gone, "obsolete"

Desi scripture says you will feel in the spirit what someone feels in the heart, you are trying to correct me on this chain, yet on the other one, where I proved with scriptures about the monsters being giants, you never responded? NOr acknowledged the fact I gave the right scriptures to prove the point I was trying to make,

why not?

I always say thank you to the people I learn from and acknowledge them, scriptures says to respect the teachers, keeps the wisdom from going sour, take that as great advice, would hate to see that happen to you.

What require God for his people before they enter the kingdom of God in the New Earth?

They need to take Christ as savior and walk with the Lord completely. The New Earth is a spiritual place, no night and no sun, which means no flesh.

The Lord was clear about being lukewarm, he will spit you out of his mouth. He was referring to the goats infiltrating the Christian faith, abusers of grace.

I hope this answers your question.

calm down gordon. i havent read your 'repost' with the reference to actually see what you said.
if you "feel" that you are accurate in stating "Jews are not saved, they will not be going to heaven (these are the ones who do not recognize Jesus as savior)"  while IGNORING that the early Church was ALL Jewish, the statement itself is in error, regardless of what one's "feelings say." Even if the "spirit said 'such and such'," then automaticaly ask "what spirit" said so?
Certainly the Holy Spirit did not lead one to make such a statement when He has already said, "You worship what you do not know; we know what we worship, for salvation is of the Jews." *(john 4:22, 2tim 3:16)

otherwise something in "contradicting".   thats why i ask you to at least revise the stament to be a "bit more acurate". and even with the suggestion that i gave  *(with the rearranging of your words) an even more accurate rendering would be:

Jews  {and Gentiles} (the ones who do not recognize Jesus as savior) are not saved, they will not be going to heaven

only 3 types of ppl on earth.....
1corth 10:32
Give no offense, either to the Jews or to the Greeks or to the Church of God,

Revelation 11

2But exclude the outer court; do not measure it, because it has been given to the Gentiles. They will trample on the holy city for 42 months.

Trampling on the Holy City, is the New Jerusalem, the people, WITNESSING, about Christ and the Laws of Moses.

The outer court, is the Jews, the ones without Jesus, now since they are WITNESSING to the Gentiles, then this is not about the unbelievers, this particular part of the scriptures.

So what you are saying Desi is that you do not believe Hebrews 8? This is what you are implying to the room, not just to me.

I agree Desi

3 groups. The Jews, the Church (Gentiles grafted in to Israel) and the Greeks (or the world/ unbelievers)

Jews who believe in Yashua, just like the Gentiles are saved. The bible teaches we ( the gentile church) was "grafted into Israel". We never "replaced" them .

I don’t see Hebrews 8 trying to teach such conclusions, Dawn . Jesus introduced the "New Covenant" first to the Jews, than to the Gentiles

Romans Chapter 9,10, and 11 are in opposition to what you are teaching

They are called “Messianic Jews?Peter James, Paul and John were just that.

But more than that God has brought the Jews back to Israel. When ww 1 ended they were invited back. After ww2 ended,?. in 1948 Israel became a Nation again

God has brought them back into their land , in our generation, after 2500 years of exile and scattering all over the earth ), just as the old covenant stated and promised by most of the prophets. Praise God His Word never fails.

10 years ago the average Jew was in opposition to the name of Jesus. Today the top Jewish Rabbi has stated ?The Messiah is coming soon and if your Jesus and He are the same Person, we are now willing to accept Him?

There is a very strong Messianic move of God in Israel right now. Masses are coming to Jesus. If Jesus saw a Harvest in Samaria, Surly He has not cast off Israel.

Please read Romans 9 10 and 11

Blessings

The Jews who do not take Christ are not saved this is already been stated, I never said otherwise, I said if they did not know Jesus Christ,

Jews that do not know Christ are the outsiders, they are the ones that the two witness's will not be witnessing too,

now Desi and Grace please answer this question honestly and openly as Christians are supposed to do

how do you feel about the false idols at the vatican?

please share your deep feelings about this issue

Hi Dawn.

You said ?Jews that do not know Christ are the outsiders, they are the ones that the two witness's will not be witnessing too".

Again (just like desi said about your first statement) ,it is too broad and sweeping a statement. Where do you get that ??Why would a witness not be witnessing to the lost? You have placed the Jews in a box and are acting spooky about them like ‘Borat.?

God sees every living person as an individual and has not disqualified Jews any more than Americans. Your train of thought makes God sound racist. The Gospel went to the Jews before it went to  the Gentiles after some Jews (not all) had already rejected the Messiah. If you read Zechariah Chapter 11 and on you will see that God was not taken by surprise regarding the rejection by His people In Zechariah he even prophesied the price 30 pieces of silver in verse 12 and 13. Read on in the book and you will find the people of Israel finally restored. Peter preached the Gospel to the very Jews who personaly called for the crucifixion of Jesus in Acts 2 vs. 14 to the end. Many of those men were saved. If they could be, witnessed to and saved,  why would the 2 witness’s now 2,000 years removed not witness to Jews??

If you want to start a new thread about the Vatican go ahead but lets try to stay on topic in this thread.

God bless!

You are twisting my words,

I do witness to ALL, but the Jews who do not change and take Christ will be left here, that is ALL I am saying, but that goes for all nations, but we are not talking about all nations on this thread we are talking about HEBREWS 8 which you keep side tracking like a bad cold Grace

Hebrews 8 is clear, why are you arguing about something that is plain in scriptures

and the Israel to be restored is not just JEWS, it means the HOUSE OF ISRAEL, it means many nations, as revelation is clear that ALL NATIONS will worship the LAMB,

I find some Christians focus so much on the Jewish because they think they are Jewish, or pretending to be because they misinterpreted revelation 14! thinking they have to say they are Jewish to be included in!!!

Hi Dawn
Why are we talking about the Jews and not Hebrews 8? hmmm oh I know !Because you opened this thread titled it,      "Jews are not saved"   Open a new thread on the covenants and or Hebrews 8  (whatever you would like to call it) and we can discuss Hebrews 8 there.  That way we can stay on one topic.
 Thanks!

btw , i do not "deny heb 8"  but it has no bearing on this subject. so i did not respond to it. take that to the New and Old Covenents thread, where it would have some relivance.

also do not forget if there are "no jews being saved" rom 9 applies "real quick"

rom 8:27-29
Isaiah also cries out concerning Israel: "Though the number of the children of Israel be as the sand of the sea, The remnant will be saved. For He will finish the work and cut it short in righteousness, Because the Lord will make a short work upon the earth."
And as Isaiah said before: "Unless the Lord of Sabaoth had left us a seed, We would have become like Sodom, And we would have been made like Gomorrah."

meaning if there was no "jews being saved" then God would wipe the whole thing out."
