Please keep our SDA brothers & new comers in prayer.  The protestant chaplain says we are a cult and or says one thing then does another.
He has also been told by Albany he can't do certain things as he has tried to make up his own rules.
We are having a Thanksgiving festival next month,
but the names need to be processed by Oct 10th
I just found out this info today at the prison service.
Thank you.
Donna

Hiya Loving,
Ive heard many people say im in a cult, but then cant explain what they mean, its interesting that a Jesus following & Holy Bible believing church, the majority of whom are studying the Bible every week, living by Gods Word, is a cult

i have prayed for you and will continue to.

God bless you Loving,
Seek.

Interesting thing about the title cult.

Once upon a time there were no Catholics, Baptists, Lutherns, Assembly of Gods, SDA, Methodists, and you get the idea.

Once upon another day someone looking around decided the way people were talking was not his cup of tea, so he took some friends over to another area where they could start worshipping their own way and gave his group a name, such as Group A.

Once upon a time another group did the same thing, so we got Group B.

Lo and behold someone in Group A and a few in Group B, decided they didn't quite believe what was going on so  Group C was born.

Suddenly there were groups all over, multiplying by not quite agreeing with the others.

Now I ask you, which group is right?

Which group is wrong?

Which group is really a cult since they all followed someone off to form a new group?

Interesting when you look at it in A, B, C's.

God love you all as we keep steadfast in our journey to be with the Lord

Hey Chas,
You said that well.  And the Apostle Paul  said much the same thing in his question, "who is Paul, who is Apolos", when people were starting to follow either himself, or Apolos.
The prayer of Jesus in John 17 has been a huge issue for me for a number of years now.  The question we all  will one day have to answer, is, how have we helped to answer this prayer of Jesus?
It's all about our journey with our Lord, and our quest to know Him. There really isn't anything else, is there.
Mae
