Nutburgers 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded 2 eggs 1 cup toasted wheat germ or cooked rice 1 cup parsley, finely chopped 3 stalks celery, minced 1 onion, minced 1 cup walnuts, finely chopped 1 green or red pepper, finely chopped 1 tsp salt 1 tbsp basil 2 tsp curry powder Mix all together in a big bowl, drop batter into patties in hot olive oil in skillet. Use just enough oil to cover the pan bottom. Cook until golden brown. Serve on a bun just like a hamburger.
