Sincere Questions and Gentle Answers After much discussion it was decided to open a new Message Board for people who would not otherwise post their thoughts or questions for fear of how they have seen others treated in Message Boards from various Comms in their time on line. It can be intimidating when someone is in the exploratory process and feel as if their level of knowledge, experience, or perspective is not up to the standards of others contributing to a Message Board. Posting in a Comm can also be intimidating for the person who is not used to expressing their thoughts in writing especially in a public forum. This Board is entitled Sincere Questions and Gentle Answers for a reason.  If you are not able to respond gently it is best not to respond.
