l am writing to you this morning because........the time has come where this must all stop........you have issues that are so deeply seated within your personality that only professional therapy will help you blossom..........l am not sure if you understand that each of us not only in our professions but in our life have whats known as a ..." Duty of Care"..........and to give you an idea of what that truly means is...there is an old saying........" Do the needs of One outweigh the needs of Many.......or Do the needs of Many out wiegh the needs of One".......depending on the circumstances.....it can go either way....but this time around .." The needs of Many outweigh the needs of One".......
l have to as a responsible human being.....takes steps to take up my....."Duty of Care".......in regard to you.......in fact in the reality of it all blossom the Duty of Care decision has been made by Master Shandor and Master David with the full backing of Master Antony and l am confident in saying all others concerned that have had to deal with you......you cannot deny that everyone has gone beyond the call of duty to try and help you.....but no matter what we try and do......what avenue and approach we try.....it fails everytime..........and in all honesty l really do not see that changing..........there are individuals in our Home that are not well.......and their health must come before your petualant behaviour.........it has got to a point where people are having to take a deep breath befoe they enter the room because they really do not know what they are going to encounter with you...........and that is not only unfair to them but wrong......it is not the mantra to Our Home and Chatroom.........
l am not going to lecture you blossom in regard to what you must do in your life......for ultimately it is up to you.........however l am going to pass onto you the instructions that have come from my Masters........and the decision l have made on behalf of the Rest of The Alpha's and all those who are within the walls of Our Family.........which includes you l might add.........
it is with regret blossom that my Master's have forbidden me to Mentor you........Master Shandor would like to see you in the Newbies Chatroom Thursday Night American time.......he will be online after 7pm Californian Time.......it is then he will explain to you why......as far as the decision l have made on behalf of Newbies.....this has not been discussed with the Owners nor the Hosts.....something that is not normally done........but this time round l have taken it upon my self to do so..........you may stay in Our Home D.s Newbies.....you may also come to the chatroom when ever you feel like it.........it is up to the individual person on whether they wish to speak to you in whisper......you may not whisper me.......you must speak to me in the room......l rarely whisper anyway.......all instructions that were placed on you have ceased.......you are free to do as you wish as the same as any other person can.......you may cup as long as you wish........as you are a member of Newbies...........you may even ask questions to help you along in your journey.......and l am sure everyone would be pleased to answer them.........but the rules to our Chatroom and Home now apply to you in regard to your behaviour..........if you distrupt our Home you will be asked to leave untill you can come back and speak to anyone with politeness and manners.......if you find you are unable to do this.....you will be removed for a term of time untill you can do so........l can no longer tolerate you making other members of this family's chat experience a nightmare.........
Any Host in the Newbies chatroom may now use at their descretion the power of removal if you do not aheare to the rules and mantra we have in place...........because you do not have the protection of what is given via a mentorship....your behaviour is entirely up to you........the responsibility is being firmly placed back into your own lap........for me personally blossom l must concentrate on those who truly do wish to receive help.....such as Amadena...who is not online at the moment but will return when she can.....dove-wing's mentorship.........to which she takes extremely seriously.......kiylakitty's path in helping her in her journey.....these people actually want the help blossom so it is my responsibility to look towards them......and of course l am unable to disobey my Master's instructions..........
