I borrowed this from another group...its well worth the read.

WRITING MSN COMPLAINING DOESN'T WORK!

Do you know what the biggest problem is?

I know we all moan and complain when MSN is being difficult, but at the same time we need to realize this:

1) MSN is huge
2) Groups is only one small part of MSN and think of how many groups there are, how many new ones are created daily and the sheer numbers of members in groups, with more joining every day.  Would you be able to keep up with the volume?
3) They never dreamed (maybe just hoped) that the volume would be such outrageous numbers and weren't prepared for the traffic they get not only on US based MSN groups, but worldwide too.  They are constantly trying to play catch up and that's why we have such problems.  They have more then groups to look after too, so think of the traffic on all the various MSN places, like email too.

To me, MSN is like a one armed wallpaper hanger trying to hang wallpaper in a wind tunnel, it's just impossible and always will be so.   If I was paying for this service (groups), then I'd ticked at the constant interruptions to service, but as it's free, there is not much we can do about it and I for one would NOT want to be employed by them, and trying to keep up.
