Good morning. Today is Friday, November 7, and it's a
wet 57F. I did a lot of cooking preparation yesterday so I
can pop my dinners in the microwave all weekend. Have
to get ready for my pulmonary rehab this morning. I'll
probably creak when I begin my exercising again. But I
really need it. I've been like a slug lately. Then I'll come
home and eat some of my prepared food lol. Have a
beautiful day.
