I can help with this one, well i can tell you how i do it......
Open the blank tag in animation shop
with only the first frame selected copy and paste it into PSP
add your name (the size and color just the way you want it) convert it to a raster layer
Copy just the layer with your name and go back to animation shop
Paste as a new image, continue to paste after current frame until you have the same amount of frames for your name as you do on your animated tag
select all and then copy
Go back to your blank tag
select all
then paste into selected frame
position it where you want it on your tag and click
TA DA!!!!! you just added a name to an animated tag!!!
