Misting

1. Open an image that you want to mist in psp.
2.  Click  on your freehand selections tool with the following settings:
Point to Point
feather...set at 20-30..depending on the image you're working with and if you want to keep any of the background or not.
3.  Draw a loose selection around your image and dont try to trace the exact ouline...the looser the better.
4.  Go to selections and down to invert.
5.  Go to selections and down to modify and over to feather and have your settings on 20-30 once again.  I prefer to use 30.
6.  Hit the delete key on your keyboard a couple or 3 times...depending on your taste.
7.  Go up to selections and down to select none.
8. Go to edit and down to copy and open a new image putting the background that you want to use on your first layer.
9.  Paste your misted image as a new layer over your new background and you're all done!
