I dreamed of how I shed hot tears when I thought we'd part,
I dreamed of feeling safe and warm, right from the very start,
I dreamed of being held so close locked within your arms,
I dreamed of hearing words you said thrilling me with your charms,
I dreamed of how your sparkling eyes made me feel aglow,
I dreamed of how we made our plans for the life we wanted so,
I dreamed oh how I dreamed of love till I could dream no more,
And even in waking hours my love it's still you that I adore.
