I don't know if that is normal to have episode where you blow up at people then turn around 5 mins later and start crying. I can't help how I feel right now I just know it has to do with the meds itself and the disorders.

Yesterday I was told I have 3 major disorders: I have MDD not sure what it stands for but guessing that it stands for major depression disorder, PTSD, and bipolar. so how do I handle things when I get like that?

I know the med is gonna change itself so I just have to be patient and wait. But meanwhile how do I cope with it how do I be me and not worry about the next "episode".

I just want to be normal. So please pray for me

I pray for you Char that God will grant you healing.  Stay in God's word draw on God's promises, He good and faithful and will never fail on his promises.  Listen to some christian praise musice or taped reading of God's word.
 
suggestion only:  take a few 3 x 5 cards and jot down promises from God and encouragment out of the bible.  When you need, take the verses and read them over and over, God is with you and you can depend on God.
 
Here are a few verses that I found that lifted me.  I hope in the comfort that God gave me that you also will find the peace and comfort you are looking for.

P.S. Char -- Not to write a book, but here are several verses to start with and as you read your bible and God's spirit touches your heart and leads you to new encouragement and comfort may you add special verses to you.
 

Isaiah 66:13:

    13 As a mother comforts her child,

Char hold on to Jesus........don't focus on the problems, keep your focus on God..I understand when a person is having problems, sick, etc. its like the world around us is moving so fast and its as if we are stopped in your tracks and that is the time to cry out Jesus.......

Thru the trials I asked Jesus for help and he is helping but he also gave me psychs and drs to help thru this so I am using them as well. I also have a therapist. I am also planning on going back to work soon since Eric no longer lives with me. I was a stay home mom on disability for a long time now I don't see the need to stay home and want to try to get off disability and work again. Disability was only suppose to be temporarily.
