Hi Michelle, glad you posted this.  Are you using this or do you know of anyone who is ?  I'm interested to know more first hand feedback about it.

 

How are you feeling these days ? 

I managed to get quite down for awhile, but that's nothing new at this time of year.  Then I want to go & visit Mom who is slipping a lot over the last months, then she had a small heart attack a few weeks ago & I can hear in her voice change.  My sister is there & sees her most days, for that I'm truly greatful ! 

 

A friend in another group, has been experiencing dreadful pain levels & extensive blood testing turned up  unbelievably low vitamin D levels, so her specialist has put her on some intensive therapy to normalize the levels, something for us all to keep in mind, I guess.
