Well, it seems the time has come !
Son & I have a wonderful fairly small, new when we moved in, condo. He has purchased a very nice house about a 20 minute walk away and will be selling this place. It will go on the market early April, so the next 2-3 months for me will be getting a little busy. I shall likely be here almost every day, but if you should wonder That's what I'm busy with.....
In the meantime my hope is that you find something here which will make your life a little easier.
