Find the pathway to my heart,
And you will surely see;
A secret garden, deep inside,
That no one's seen, but me.
Find the pathway to my heart;
My hidden path would be;
The only way you'll ever know,
If you can dwell with me.
That secret garden, deep inside,
Is not so easy to find:
One, first, must find the PATHWAY there,
It's of the secret kind.
Some souls have found the pathway,
In times that now are past;
But failed to find the garden there,
And our love, it didn't last.
God's seen the garden deep in me,
As has the Holy Ghost;
And Jesus too, as their the same,
He is the garden's host.
So, if you wish to take the time,
And enter there, within;
And offer your garden, to Him and me,
That's when we both will win.
