Here is one way you can make typing messages for group message boards using your own inividual style quick and easy. It does take a couple of minutes to set up a template, but after that, it is easy.
First, click on reply and type a short message formatted the way you would normally do it. Include your font style, size, and color. If you use a table and a background, include those, too. And don't forget your standard signature.
Next, position the cursor at the end of your short message and backspace over the text. Then click on Use Html to create your page. You will see the HTML for your basic message setup. Press Ctrl+a to select it all and Ctrl+c to copy it.
Start notepad and press Ctrl+v to paste the HTML into it. Finally, click File and Save As. Type the name GroupMessage.htm and save it to My Documents.
To make your template easy to access, click Start and My Documents. Then drag GroupMessage.htm to the left side of your task bar. If you'd like to change the icon, you can right-click on it and select Properties.
Now, here is the easy part. When you are ready to post a message, go ahead and click Reply. Then click your GroupMessage icon in the task bar. Your template will open in a new browser window. Press Ctrl+a to select it and Ctrl+c to copy it and close the window. In the reply box, press Ctrl+v to load your format and start typing
