1-2lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes, don't have to thaw!
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1 can cheddar soup, undiluted
1-16oz. cont. sour cream, (not lite)
1/2 cup chopped celery
1/2 small onion, chopped fine
1-8 oz. block co-jack cheese, shredded
*(topping follows)
In lg. bowl, stir all ingredients til well combined, folding in the potatoes last.Pour into greased 13x9 baking dish or pan. Smooth top flat. Sprinkle evenly with *topping, bake in 350* oven for 40 minutes til hot and bubbly. Let rest 5-10 minutes before serving.
*Topping:
6 Tbl. salted butter, melted
1/2 box Chicken in a Biscuit crackers, finely crushed, (ziploc baggie and rolling pin works well)
1/4-1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. parsley flakes
Melt butter, stir in rest. Sprinkle over top! Then bake!
