Soften cream cheese so that you can spread in in a glass pyrex pie pan.
Spread as evenly as possible. Use the whole can of chili and spread it over the cream cheese. Top with grated cheese. A nice little taste treat added to this if you want you can put pepperoni slices on top of the chili....put in oven at 375 for about 15 minutes or until you see chili bubbliing.Serve with Fritos scoops or Tostidos corn chips. Makes a great fast supper if served up with a salad or taco salad.
