Candybar Fudge


Ingredients


"candybar fudge"
 
1/2 cup unsalted butter, sliced
1/3 cup baking cocoa
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup milk
3 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. good vanilla
30 caramels, unwrapped, lol
1 Tbl. water
2 cups salted peanuts
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips

Procedure

In micro-safe bowl, combine butter,cocoa, brown sugar and milk.
Nuke on high til boils, about 3 minutes.
Stir in powdered sugar and vanilla. Stir til all is well mixed.
Pour into greased 8" square glass baking dish or pan.
In another bowl, melt caramels and water, about 2 min. or so, til melted,
then stir in peanuts.
Spread over chocolate layer.
In another bowl, melt chocolate chips, spread over caramel layer, chill til firm.
Cut into small bite-sized squares.
