Since I have no memorials for my pets other then their pictures, my daughter gave me a good idea that we can make while they are still with us.  You can go to a place like Toys R Us or a craft shop and buy some clay.  What you can do is make footprints and mold it into whatever you think would be nice.  If you do this now, you will always have a memory of your pets.
I thought it was a good idea.

You can get a frame kit as well that contains a medium that drys hard and a frame for a picture.

I'd gotten one several years ago and did Cassie's paw impression.  After she died, I added a lock of her fur and one of her collar tags to it.  It sits on the dresser in my bedroom along with her portrait and her urn.

The most I have is from my girl, Stevie.  I have a video that a show pal took when I was in the ring, a winning picture with the judge, all her ribbons still hang and I have the prizes that she won.  My husband told me to leave them up.
The pictures of my other dogs I should have enlarged and make a Collage for each one.
Best of all, I have all my memories but they are sometimes bittersweet.
