anytime theres a live show i always tape the next time slot with it hehe Oh I would have! However I had real world XX taping, and top chef taping at ten, so I had no choice but to roll the dice and hope that it taped the entire finale. My DVR wont let me record more than two at once! I was PISSED >:-/ |

Yeah, I was watching, but recording at the same time cuz you never know if there's a great performance you want to see again. Just as Ryan said, "the winner of American Idol 2008 is...." the dvr stopped recording - at that moment, it goes silent and freezes for a second or two, then continues, at which time I saw some sort of reaction and it looked to me as if Archie had won! Only when I watched it back (well, ff through the whole 2 hours till it gets to the end) did I actually get to see the announcement. And then, the recording stopped just as Doug reached to hug Archie. I think it sucks that AI always goes over. I was recording that and something else and then Top Chef was supposed to start at 10, so I had a dilemma, cuz I wanted to switch to Boston Legal at 10, but I had to wait until the show ended, so I missed the first 5 min of BL. I can't believe I need something that can record TWO shows while I'm watching a third. LMAO!! I'm addicted to television.... |
