Top 10 Rankings:
1. Mitch (9/10) - Vocally, it wasn't as great as Earl, Theo or Amberly, but he brought intensity. I got chills. By far, the best performance of the night.
2. Earl (7.5/10) - I like watching him. I get the comparisons to Taylor Hicks, but I think he's stronger vocally. Him being in his own world is awesome.
3. Amberly (7/10) - Her voice just slays me. I do agree that she lacked emotion, but I think the judges (except Zack) are vastly underrating her. (or maybe that's just my bias talking)
4. Katherine (6.5/10) - Best thing she's done on the show. She still isn't connecting for me though. The band drowning her out was awful. Her lower notes would have sounded killer if it wasn't for the band.
5. Theo (5.5/10) - Terrible song choice. He sang it quite well but there was just no melody to hook onto. And he needs to step away from the instruments next week. His voice is what draws people in, not the instrument. He's going to start pushing people away if keeps on using an instrument as a crutch.
6. Drew (5/10) - This was neither here or there for me. I thought he did sang well tonight though, but it would have been better if he did not play the drums.
7. Mark (3.5/10) - He sang better than my bottom 3 combined. Fun to watch for campy entertainment.
8. Sebastian (2.5/10) - I actually liked the first half. Then, he made me remember why I hated him. Ugh.
9. Adam (1.5/10) - Did not sing one note in tune. Motorcycle was so cheesy. Like the intensity but he just showed that he cannot sing.
10. Mookie (1/10) - Most disappointing. What kind of song choice is that? It didn't help that he couldn't sing anything because of his own song choice. |

At least Earl is the drunk doofus who would sing in tune at every party.
Thank goodness Adam is gone. I didn't even understand how he made it past his first audition. Good for both Sebastian and Mookie to get wake-up calls.
