For once (actually twice in history, as I recall), I agree with Torty.

 

Things going according to plan (anyone's plan) is not entertaining. We need some shit stirred in that house again.

Yeah because seeing Amber and Jameka in the finals will be so entertaining.

I disagree, Torty. Jameka and Amber need to go, then sacrifice Zach, and every 'man' for himself with the finaly four (hoping that it will be Dick and Daniele in final 2).

 

If I was going to be bored with everything going according to plan, I'd have been bored for the past 2 weeks, lol. I'm quite content...although a little concerned about Jess having the HOH, cuz she is SO easily swayed....

 

We'll see, lol.

 

Dick needs to be betrayed to bring this show to its climax.  Jessica will just la-de-da it, but Eric we control.  He can do our bidding.  Eric's seemingly learned how to read between the lines when getting our commands, which is a huge, huge advantage in the house now the he's been able to figure it out. 

 

Eric & Jessica have great reason to blow up Dick and Daniele.  Jameka still cannot compete for HOH, and she can't win anything anyway.  Manber is right behind her in the I suck department.  Ditto for Zach.  If Jerica can figure out that they face serious rivals for the finals in the Donatos, especially Daniele who is this season's Janelle at winning, they will take the first step at undoing their alliance with them.  In doing so, Zach, Jameka, Manber are immediately in their camp both in the game and in sequester.  If Jerica sticks with the plan with the Donatos, then the meek will be picked off and probably turned off in sequester b/c they'll feel more betrayed by Jerica, especially Jess, and perhaps not vote for them if one is in the final 2.  Blowing up Dick and Daniele is key for their interests, and backdooring Daniele is exactly what their primary goal should be.  It's what Daniele would do, afterall.

Oh I agree - it's in anyone's best interest to get rid of the best player (Daniele) and her 100% trustworthy alliance (Dick). Just as it's in Daniele's (and Dick's) best interest to get rid of likables like Jessica.

 

For me, as a viewer, and what I want, I don't want that to happen, lol. I don't want Dick or Daniele gone, cuz I want them to win, lol.

 

But everything you said is correct. I just don't want it to go that way.

 

And yeah, Eric did finally sense what we were up to and why, didn't he? LOL, I love having this kind of control over BB - such a novel idea. And it's working! We really are having an impact. I love it.

 

oh i agree...i'd much rather see either Dick or Daniele win than Jerica...both of them sicken me.  But I do think I'd rather see a Dick blow up and meltdown after Jerica pre-emptively betrays him before he and Dani got the chance to do it to Jerica.....no worries, cuz I don't think Jerica has the spine to attempt such a bold move, though the should and they should now b/c it's a crucial point in the game, with the numbers, and sentiments of the others for them to strike now

 

I'll say this same thing whenever the Donatos have HOH again ...they need to jump ship on their Jerica alliance, preferably ridding of Eric since he controls Jess....which would too suck for us since Eric is to some degree our loose cannon pawn. 

 

I like the AP feature, and I do hope some form of it extends to future BB seasons...and I'd especially like to see duelling APs, unbeknownst to each other, of course.

You're right, Dick's reaction to a betrayal would be far more interesting than Jessica's, lol. I also agree that this is the time to get rid of the Donato alliance from Jessica or Eric's perspective (individually or as a team), but I'm hoping they won't. Dick is going to have to convince them to put up Amber and Jameka again.

 

And yeah, losing Eric would be a bummer for us, we'd have no more control (and man, doesn't it feel as if we've had a TON of control over this? LOL, I love it). But it's the only way. Jessica would be lost without him telling her when to brush her teeth.

 

Well, Jess won't nominate or backdoor him, so it'll have to wait till next week.

 

I'm still not sold on your double-AP idea, lol. I really think that would jumble and confuse things too much. But you never know. I thought the AP would be really stupid and boring, but I was certainly wrong about that, lol.

 

if BB plays up the duelling AP idea, selling it to the viewers as a chance to have a ying and a yang, or a chance to wreak total viewer controlled havoc in the house, I think it could give viewer interaction participation much greater than the current AP

 

I haven't thought about any show parameters that could limit damage or curb viewer influence with double AP, but I suppose they could have some ground rules such as disallowing voters from voting for both players each week, meaning that if I wanted AP2 to perform a task I thought was more desirable than that given to AP1, I could vote that way, but not both ways....I dunno....I doubt AP comes back next year in any format b/c new houseguests would suspect it

Ok, that's a way to handle that situation - pick which task is preferred. That could work.

 

But you're right, anyone going in for the next one would already know about the AP. I hadn't even thought about that.
