I'm only 100 pages in, but so far I love it.  It seems to be about the illegal going-ons of stem cell research and what we can get away with as a society, in testing the genetics of others.  Mystery/thriller.  Good times.

Ok, i've got to read this after seeing you guys did.  I like his books but the last one I read, Prey, I just didn't enjoy that much.  Sounds like this one is much better.

I just finished this on my trip (put it down to read other books..).  I liked Gerard, too.  Hilarious.
All-in-all it was a good book, but I found it hard to keep up with all the characters, at times.  But I LOVED the biology talk.  Very good book if you're interested in gene patents, cloning, or "what could happen when man plays God."
