I heard they're very good. But the again so was the Eragon series and the first one made me decide to not read the rest of the series.

so the first book of Eragon wasn't good?......

Meh...I mean for being written by a 15 year old or however old he is, it wasn't bad. But it seemed he took some of HP, a dash of LOTR, and that Sean Connery flying dragon movie and spun it all together. I lost interest quickly

so far so good.......it's more of a love story so far........a teenage one.......but it's keeping my attention

i really liked it........i ran out and bought the second book (new moon) when i was almost finished.......beautiful love story........the serious vampire stuff didn't come until the end......im really looking forward to reading the next one.......gosh......why do i love young adult books so much?.......lol

i finished the second book already (New Moon).........that one was SOOOOO good.......i read all 600 pages in two days......

I'm the worst mom and employee EVER.......i read at my desk and then throw it when i hear someone coming......then at home i just can't stop.......im going to go buy the next two after work......but i promised myself that no matter how good they are i won't start reading until my daughter goes to bed......cough syrup or no cough syrup.....haaaa

i really wish someone on here would ready these......i have already read all 4 of them twice......i need to divorce my husband stat and find me a vampire.......

I heard someone leaked an early draft of the 5th book on line and the author is so distraught that she cannot finish the book.  There is something at her website about it, I think dated August 28th.  Hopefully for all those reading the series she will change her mind.

I wouldn't even know that series, if I didn't work at a bookstore.  And now that I do know of it..I hate it.

Supposedly the series is over......the 5th book is actually her first book but from Edwards (the hot vampire) point of view......all the previous 4 books are from the main chicks eyes......sounds sorta dumb but after you read the series you would really like to know what he was thinking......but i think that Stepanie meyer (the author) is being SO lame about this......ONE chapter was leaked and it was on HER website......and it was the first chapter......she is being a whiny baby and now i hate her.....lol........i need MORE!!!.......thankfully the first book's movie comes out November 21st......i guess i have that to look forward too.....and Robert Pattinson is HOT as Edward
