I DVR'd the first week of The View that Rosie was on. On one of the eps, which I just got around to actually watching, they had on the author of "The Glass Castle", a memoir about growing up with an alcoholic dad and a mom with mental issues.

Rosie gave this book her highest recommendation, saying if The View had a book club, this would be the one book on it, and that everyone must read it.

So I saw it in the bookstore over the weekend, but did not buy it. Should I? Reading the jacket, it seemed like more of a woman's book.

Anyone here read it yet?
