I've been wanting for some time to welcome Bug to our site, but she never bothered to apply to join before now. And I was SO glad that she did, cuz I don't get to see her anymore since she doesn't want me on her board, and then I wondered why a "welcome" thread to her was started in FS of all places. And then I read what she posted - the only things that she posted. I'm really sorry that she dislikes the people here that much, that the only reason it appears that she joined was to be nasty. Oh well, she's certainly still welcome here and is welcome to speak her opinions freely, as we encourage people to embrace freedom of speech and she'll never be banned on a whim simply because someone doesn't like her. Although....if she doesn't like us, I'm not real clear on why she'd join at all. Puzzling.... |

Honestly, I haven't been on any of the boards much lately...and Smig, I don't dislike you and didn't ban you. Flo...I didn't come here to see those of you I haven't thought about since the last time I was contacted. As for the board itself...I don't really recall much of what I said about it (don't think a whole lot about the message boards when I'm not here) but my comments were generally directed at a group of people who left the loft and how it wasn't really a bad thing, IMO. To the rest of you, good to see you hope you're doing well. :c) |

Smig...I was just trying to remember why you were banned and I think it had something to do with Lissa laying out rules that she felt you were blatantly breaking...I wasn't around as much and left the final decision up to her. I have no idea if you're interested or even care but you are welcome over there...I don't think the banning was intended to be permanent. I honestly am not sure, I haven't really been able to speak to Lissa much over the past 4 or 5 months. We talk once in a while but when we do it's not generally about board issues. Just so you know though, if you apply I will let you in. |

Jon...the decision to ban you was mine. I was going through a hard time, whether at times it seemed like it or not...and I may have been short with you. So, for that I'm sorry...my personal life had nothing to do with you. We'll leave it at the fact that we both said things that probably shouldn't have been said and I'll welcome you back. |
