I think it's time someone take that dog away from them and have her spayed! Maybe 'fix' the humans while you're at it, lol.
 
The woman who ran the rescue group that I adopted Frankie and Karma from was constantly getting full litters from this idiot of a woman who would just let her dogs breed, then go to her once the litter was born, but always refused to get her dogs fixed. Paley finally put her foot down and told the woman she couldn't keep taking her dogs (she was unable to take in other rescues because there were so many). I even fostered a couple of 'em for a while - very scared little dudes, poor babies. Cattle dog mixes....
