We all know how hard it is to eat healthy during the holidays. if we have to let each other know everything we eat it might help reign in those holiday eating binges. i'll go first. so far today breakfast: honey nut cheerios w/ mixed berries on top (soymilk) snack: apple and 2 christmas mint nougats (those things are addictive) lunch: salad w/dressing and some feta cheese and 4 saltines now i'm chewing a piece of bubbalicious gum. |

Oh.. I totally agree... I think it helps alot when you write down everything you eat. My nutritionist told me to do this before.... she said to write EVERYTHING you eat down. Ok... I had Breakfast - Whole wheat english muffin with honey Lunch - Salad bread bowl ( a vegetable salad, inside a sourdough bread bowl ).... I only ate the "lid" of the bread, though, lol. And a non-fat coffee flavored smoothie. |

well, after our workout last night my husband was getting ill (cause he needed to eat) so instead of going home and cooking we stopped at wendys. we both ordered grilled chiken sammiches, but after we pulled up they said that it would be about six minutes for the grilled chicken and did we want to wait. since we was starving we decided to switch to spicy chicken. so i ended up eating the fried one. only because i didn't realized he'd also ordered the grilled chicken at the time. there went my hour long workout. |

I'm beginning to think it just doesn't matter anymore. I think I'll be overweight forever. I eat rather healthy.. sometimes have stuff I shouldn't. I exercise pretty regularly. But I think because of my thyroid disease, the pounds just won't come off. |

Yea, have to take a pill a day for the rest of my life. I used to have hyper... was very thin... I'm about 5'3 or so, and weighed 95 lbs. Not that I want to get that thin again, ever. But now I have hypo... I was diagnosed just before I got pregnant with Trey, about 12 years ago... so just becoming hypo, and then adding on the pounds from pregnancy.. it was a real shocker. |

that blows. i hope i never have a problem. my mom has been on a pill for about 30 years now. she's only 62 and has osteoperosis from either taking that pill or just from the thyroid disease. |
