OK, we can do it together. I have been trying real hard to eat better, and I go to the gym 4 nights a week. I really need to tone up better, especially in the tummy area. Who's with me? |

I'll be "with" you starting January 1st! (by that time all the fudge & apple cake will be out of my house & I can be serious & by then I can take my tree down and bring the ablounger back out!) Wish I could afford to get a gym membership - one that has a sauna and pool and all! I love sauna's they're magic! You can weigh yourself - go into the sauna for 15 minutes - weigh yourself again and you've lost at least 2 pounds!!! |

I've been doing pretty good, so far. I changed my routine at the gym this week, and I think it's working, because I've been sore for 2 days now. |

Can I be in with you girls? I am going to the gym tonight - I joined a volleyball league (we play every Monday) but before the game I think I will hit the treadmill. |

So yesterday I tried to count calories and I think I only had about 1200 and I played volleyball for 30 minutes last night |

Way to go miz Physical movement, I think is the key... even the little things, like not taking the closest parking space in the lot, walking up the steps instead of the elevator, etc... My biggest downfall, I think, is burgers, dayum, I love a good cheeseburger. But now, if I make them myself, I make them smaller, or if I order one somewhere ( the local bars/restaurants here have awesome burgers ) I split it in half. It's not like I eat them everyday, but a couple times a month I do. |
