Ack - too busy today, dang it.
Um, "exercise" is one of those words that makes me think or structured, organized physical activity, like a work-out program or bicycling a certain distance. I scrub and clean, that's probably the only "exercise" I get, and it's intermittant. Haha.
I eat regular stuff, not sure what to say. I have oatmeal and OJ every morning, a sandwich at lunch (usually cheese, always on oatnut bread), then dinner might be a couple eggs or a potato and broccoli or a small personal pizza or a banana with peanut butter or even a frozen dinner upon occasion - or if I'm at mom's, it could be a nice, home-made thing like bean soup, fried chicken or salmon croquettes. It varies. Sometimes, I just snack on some almonds or pretzles if I'm not hungry. I mean, it really just depends and there's no way to predict if and when I'm going to be hungry for dinner or what that might end up being.
I do have chocolate every day, lol - always in the form of ice cream, sometimes also in a cookie or piece of candy or even cake, just depends. And I drink a lot of ginger ale, and water.
But really, this has been going on for a very long time, well over 10 years, that I have a serious lack of energy most of the time. I mean, like feeling totally exhausted. Maybe I'm just not getting enough iron, I dunno.
I just thought there might be certain foods that are big energy-providers that maybe I could eat more of. Are you saying there are foods that actually take away energy?
