Do I want to take in protein after my weight training? If so how much? 1 gram per pound of body weight? And should I stay away from carbs (pasta, rice, bread) after a certain time in the evening?

I'm doing 6 meals a day. And creatine with the loading phase (the beginning is always so much fun)

My brother said he read in "Men's Fitness" that the best all-around, after-weight training snack is chocolate milk.  I know this because he gave me a hard time about wanting to drink chocolate milk after doing aerobics, and he thusly corrected me because it wasn't weightlifting. lol
Of course, that's not trying to supercede anything Lita is telling you...  Just giving what I was told...
