My browser must be f'd up, I thought I'd posted. Wait...my dsl keeps going out on me, maybe that's what happened.

I'm not clear on why you can vote as many times as you want to though. That's just going to come down to who has the time and the inclination to repeat repeat their voting, lol. (Is that because you can't track who's voting?)
