For the chicken wing dip........
1 large skinless chicken breast
2 pkgs of cream cheese ( I used Philadelphia brand, and it was the low fat one, and it worked good )
3 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1 small bottle of hot sauce ( I used something called Louisianna hot sauce, and only used about 1/2 to 3/4 of the bottle )
Boil the chicken in water in until done. Melt the cream cheese, cheddar cheese and hot sauce in a large skille-make sure it's melted real good, and mixed real well. When the chicken is cool enough to touch, tear it apart in small pieces. Add the chicken and sauce mix to a large baking dish. Bake it for about 1/2 hour... and I think I had the oven at 325. Serve with corn chips, and enjoy!
