(entire recipe, approx. 12 ounces w/ whipped topping: 140 calories, 4.5g fat, 194mg sodium, 22g carbs, 1.5g fiber, 13g sugars, 4g protein)

Ingredients:
1 packet diet hot cocoa mix; dissolved in 4 oz. warm water
2 oz. light vanilla soymilk
1 tbsp. sugar-free chocolate syrup
1 tbsp. semi-sweet mini chocolate chips
3 no-calorie sweetener packets
5-8 ice cubes OR 1 cup crushed ice
2 tbsp. Fat Free Reddi-wip
 
Directions:
Place all ingredients (except for the Reddi-wip) in a blender, and blend at high speed until well mixed. Pour into a tall glass, and top with Reddi-wip!

Ingredients:
5 oz. light vanilla soymilk
1 oz. Torani Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup
1 tbsp. Fat Free French Vanilla Coffee-mate powder; dissolved in 1 oz. warm water
1 tsp. instant coffee
3 no-calorie sweetener packets
5-8 ice cubes OR 1 cup crushed ice
2 tbsp. Fat Free Reddi-wip
 
Directions:
Place all of the ingredients (except for the Reddi-wip) in a blender. Blend on high speed until thoroughly mixed. Pour into a tall glass, and finish off with whipped topping. A vanilla dream!

Ingredients:
2/3 cup frozen strawberries
5 oz. light vanilla soymilk
1 oz. Torani Sugar Free Strawberry Syrup
2 tsp. Fat Free French Vanilla Coffee-mate powder; dissolved in 1 oz. warm water
3 no-calorie sweetener packets
3-4 ice cubes OR 1/2 cup crushed ice
2 tbsp. Fat Free Reddi-wip
 
Directions:
Place all of the ingredients (other than the whipped topping) in a blender. Blend on high speed until completely mixed. Pour, then top with the Reddi-wip. Strawberrylicious!

Let me know when you get recipes for the non-diet, non-soy goodies, lol.
 
(Haha, at first I thought these were alcoholic drinks and I immediately thought of "Gut Busters", some drink we were fashioning way back when I was 18. Vodka based, lol. If memory serves...hahaha)
