mix 1 sleeve Ritz crackers and 3/4 stick butter with 1/4 c. powdered sugar. Use most of that to create crust on a pie plate. Set the rest aside.
Mix a tub of Cool Whip, 1 can of Eagle (or carnation) milk, and 6 oz of frozen pink lemonade. Put on top of the ritz crust. Sprinkle the rest of the ritz mixture on top.
Refrigerate and serve cool. <o:p></o:p>
