1 c white sugar 1 c light corn syrup 1 c peanut butter 6c Rice Krispies 1 c choc chips 1 c butterscotch chips Butter a 9x13 pan. Over medium heat, combine sugar and corn syrup until comes to a rolling heat. Remove from heat and stir in peanut butter. Add Rice Krispies until evenly coated. Press mixture into pan. In microwave, melt chocolate and butterscotch chips. Stir until smooth. Pour over top of the bars. Chill until set. (I don't put them in the fridge, I just cover and set on stove or counter until it cools down. |
